Payment Information

For payment processing, we use Razorpay. Your card information is not stored on our or Razorpay’s systems. When processing payments, the data is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only kept for as long as it is required to complete the transaction. Your purchase transaction information is not saved once that is done.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

When it comes to transporting your products, we take great care. However, to ensure a smooth and simple process, please allow 1-3 working days for your purchase to be sent. Please bear with us if there is a long processing time or delivery delays during busy times, such as the holidays. Deliveries to rural household addresses may take one or more days longer.

Product Return Policy:

Once your order has been delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with specifics of the product and the defect. If you are eligible for a replacement or refund, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase amount using the original method of payment after we receive the information.
